Being an LGBTQ+ therapist means creating a space where authenticity is valued, healing is possible, and every identity is respected. I work with both straight and queer clients, with a focus on men’s issues. I understand that mental health is shaped by lived experience—self-acceptance, relationships, discrimination, and belonging. My work helps clients challenge internalized stigma, shift limiting narratives, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust while building a more authentic, grounded, and empowered sense of self in their daily lives.
I specialize in religious/spiritual abuse, queer identities, Kink/BDSM, poly and open relationships. Nothing is taboo in my practice. I strive to empower individuals to overcome trauma, challenge stigma, and embrace self-acceptance. Together, EMDR, REBT and CBT provide powerful tools for those who need help coping with life.
With empathy and support, a relationship is built. As a gay man in recovery, my mission is to walk alongside my clients, empower their voices, and remind them of their worth. Above all, I believe that progress happens in connection with ourselves and our communities. If you want to explore all aspects of yourself, please reach out for a consultation.
