I provide psychotherapy with respect, compassion, and a sense of humor to guide and walk alongside you. I focus on skill-building and helping you become the hero of your own life, sometimes combining counseling with hypnotherapy. I follow the Intentional Peer Support philosophy: there is nothing wrong with you; and you are the expert on your own life.
