I work with children, adolescents, and young professionals to develop skills and strategies to live out their full potential in their daily lives. Life transitions can be challenging. My goal is to connect with my clients, alleviate symptoms and offer tailored recommendations that nurture individual strengths while targeting challenges and needs. I specialize in supporting those struggling with anxiety, depression, adjusting to change, managing stress, and positive behavior. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution focused therapy.
With over 10 years of experience working in the fields of mental health and education, I have a unique understanding of social, emotional, and behavioral development. In addition, I am trained in maternal mental health and specialize in supporting women though prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum changes. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions.
My approach is compassionate, results-oriented, and collaborative. My goal is to help you achieve your goals. Call or email me today so we can begin our work together.
