Clients I serve are seeking to increase their choices and make meaning; they are on a healing journey using past and present challenges as compost that nourishes the gardens they are cultivating in their lives. I act as an ally and a guide while honoring each individual as the expert in themselves. I work most often with women who are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, sexual abuse, and domestic violence.
My focus is relational - be it the relationship with self, the therapeutic relationship, or the relationship with others. I have worked with women and girls for the last 20 years in various capacities. Honoring, healing, and empowering the feminine is my life's work. I am bilingual and serve women, adolescents, & couples in English and Spanish.
