Icreate treatment plans which include goals that objectively measure progress. I specialize in working with first generation/acculturation to the US, self esteem, stress management, improving relationships and communication skills. I use CBT and Mind Body wellness techniques. I work best with clients who are ready to make a change and value brain health.
