In a serene environment, a small group of women struggling with trauma related childhood and sexual trauma come together to: 1) Make powerful mental health breakthroughs; 2) Create the time and space to process their experiences; and 3) Heal in a community of women who can relate. Deep healing opportunities include somatic movement, music, meditation, integration circles, time in nature, reflection, journaling, and an overall reset. Call for information on our next retreat.
