I am experienced in treating adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I work with individuals, couples, and families, providing a supportive, nurturing environment for working through relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I provide individualized treatment from a client-centered perspective.
