Life doesn't come with instructions, and sometimes going through it on your own can be daunting. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and young adults presenting with relationship issues, finding personal authenticity, building self-esteem, and stress management. I find psychology and the human experience endlessly fascinating, and believe therapy can usher in change and transformation.
