Wellness is having a healthy balance of our mind, body, and spirit. When it’s disconnected, you may feel unmotivated, empty, or dissatisfied with life or relationships. It causes negative thoughts that contribute to feeling depressed or anxious. Exhaustion is another sign of imbalances due to giving too much of your energy to others or feeling like there is not enough time to care for yourself. This results in difficulty in saying “no” to others requests or self-judgement of not being enough. Life may feel or seem to get busier, creating challenges that get in the way of achieving your goals.

Discomfort and painful feelings can be the beginning of growth and true understanding of ourselves.
