All too often we set our feelings aside, thinking we will deal with them later. That's what I did for years. In my early 20's after a near death experience & a massive panic attack my personal journey of healing & growth started. Since, I have been working on my healing, mindset, undoing-behaviors, re-writing my narrative in order to live a happier, productive and purposeful life. Since 2003, I have been operating my empathic coaching practice, & supporting my clients to their right path. If we don't deal with our feelings & past we end up storing them in our minds & bodies, and this is when anxiety & other health issues arise.

My mission is to assist clients on their journey towards finding solutions, purpose, empowerment and achieving personal growth, balance and happiness. We carry with us stories and patterns that have likely served us in the past, but may no longer serve us. This can exacerbate symptoms of anxiety, depression or other mental health symptoms. Exploring and recognizing, with gentleness, how these patterns have become detrimental, gives us the freedom to choose what themes we insert in our life, and what we no longer have space for.
