I am EMDR Certified, experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Experiential approaches. I am a Registered Nurse with a Master's degree in Public Health and Master's degree in Marital Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary. My nursing background is the perfect fit for clients with chronic illness or lifestyle issues.
In addition to doing therapy, I also lead Women's Retreats and speak at Women's Events. If desired, I can provide Christian Counseling for clients who prefer to approach therapy through the lens of faith. I frequently offer groups for women's issues.
