I currently provide therapy through telehealth only. My clinical focus is on how difficult issues like mental illness and relationship conflict are influenced by your family of origin and early attachment experiences. My therapy approach is discussion based, with the goal of improving your understanding of yourself and becoming emotionally independent.
Sessions with me are focused on processing past examples that you have gone through, creating an integrated sense of meaning, and building healthier relationships with others. I also provide a variety of tools and materials to help you think about the choices you make every day in a more mature way.
I am currently providing services in-person in San Diego, CA and over telehealth. Please use email for initial contact and include a brief description of your primary concern and goals. We can then arrange a free phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit and discuss next steps.
