I also support parents and teens stay connected during the trials of adolescence, and help parents better understand and care for their special needs child.
As a therapist, I provide a safe space for you to begin to know yourself on a deeper level. With warmth and curiosity, I will guide you to listen in new ways to your thoughts and feelings, and to increase awareness of the behaviors that may be keeping you from your goals. Together we will practice different ways of responding to yourself and others.
Using research-based methodologies, I offer you specific tools and methods for staying present, connected and centered despite the ups and downs that life brings. I approach my work with humility and have a gentle and open style. I am active and responsive throughout our sessions but always strive to uphold a space of calm and acceptance.
