Integrating evidence-based practices, such as EMDR and EFT, will help you manage difficult emotions; cope with stress; build resiliency to discomfort or pain, and address challenges. My approach is accepting, affirming, and collaborative.

We will reach your goal to address barriers, symptoms, and thoughts that make it challenging to achieve your goals. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to guide you through the therapeutic process. I have experience in outpatient, home-based, and residential treatment, focusing on trauma, anxiety, and depression.
