My work is shaped by my training and experience. I am currently specializing in adults and adolescents who suffer with anxiety and/or depression issues, including life changes and transitions which can often be difficult to face without help. I work with persons in recovery from substance use and other addiction-related issues, such as family members of those in active addiction or recovery.
