I work with clients suffering from CPTSD, depression or anxiety. My focus is on helping people process and move through old issues by eliminating the emotions attached to those events by using EFT or Energy Psychology which I've been using for 22 years. I believe that therapy should be a positive experience and that you should look forward to that healing process. I also use hypnosis for numerous issues.
I use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) on most of my clients and have done so for 22 years. EFT offers more permanent results and is not a belief based treatment and was approved by the APA several years ago as an Evidenced Based Technique. EFT is a different tool for healing and is very different from talk therapy yet it yields quick results.
I am still the only therapist in my area that offers EFT and the only one that has used it for so long. My clients work through their issues more quickly and only need to return for new issues.
