Welcome to a peaceful sanctuary for women, where healing and transformation begin. I offer an integrative, multidisciplinary approach that blends Eastern psychology, Western philosophy, metabolic health, neuroscience, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and clinical hypnotherapy to support the mind, body, and spirit. As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Registered Nurse, Functional Nutrition & Wellness Coach, and Ordained Interfaith Minister, I specialize in helping women recover from grief and loss, narcissistic abuse, trauma, childhood wounds, sexual abuse, anxiety, PTSD, chronic illness, and stress.
Therapy with me is gentle, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Together, we integrate somatic awareness, depth-oriented “parts” and shadow work, and mindfulness-based practices to help release what has kept you stuck. You don’t have to “be strong” here—this is a safe, compassionate space to rediscover emotional safety, self-trust, and resilience.
