Women and mothers face unique issues in today's world. From the stress of balancing multiple roles in caring for others to issues of self-esteem related to societal pressues it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Our therapists specialize in anxiety/depression, trauma, relationship issues/divorce, and parenting issues as well as perinatal issues such as postpartum depression/anxiety, birth trauma, perinatal loss, and infertility. Being a specialized practice we are able to find the best fit possible for each of our clients. Your therapist is available to you directly with no administrator in between. Our therapists also cary small caseloads to ensure you get quality attention and the ability to serve you outside sessions with connections to additional resources when you need them.
