I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted especially those navigating intense emotions, relationship challenges, or the lasting impact of past experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling misunderstood or judged, and are looking for a space where they can feel seen, supported and empowered to change.
My approach is rooted in Cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I help clients build practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, stress management, and healthier communication. This work is especially helpful for individuals who experience strong emotional reactions and difficulty in relationships.
I am passionate to work with individuals navigating personality-related patterns and relational challenges. I deeply value supporting individuals from marginalized communities. As an immigrant and person of color myself, I understand how cultural identity, lived experiences and systemic factors can shape mental health. I create a safe space for my clients.
