such as Depression, Anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. My clinical approach is integrative however, grounded in CBT. In addition, I utilize Person-Centered, Existential, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Building the therapeutic relationship in a judgment free space is key in achieving insight and growth. I believe in a strength-based approach for therapy.
