About
***Accepting New Clients*** My name is Mary DeLorenzo, LPC, Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health. I have experience with Individuals, young mothers, couples and elderly. I have a solution focused approach; CBT and mindfulness practice are evidence based therapies, which I have found to be very helpful. Now that we have that out of the way... It's important to know I have experienced many different seasons of life. I understand we all are on different routes and make stops along the journey. I try to embrace each new path. Life is full of joy and trials.
I truly believe that Crisis can be an opportunity and challenges have value. We grow as individuals, when we find our strengths and move forward toward finding inner peace. I believe we are all here for a plan and a purpose. I may start sessions with a short breathing exercise and positive affirmation. Therapy shouldn't be a stressful situation.
Despite the circumstance we are on a journey of self -reflection and hope. I look forward to learning about your journey.
