Mrs. Tisdale has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018 (and an Assistant Behavior Analyst since 2014). She has worked with neurotypical and those with Autism Spectrum Disorder ranging from 2 years old - those in their 30s. She has worked with patients who have also suffered from: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), feeding issues, mental illness and mood disorders, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Schizophrenia, Intellectual Disabilities, and a variety of other health impairments. Mrs. Tisdale specializes in not only children, but also in young adults that want to learn how to be independent with daily living.
Emily Tisdale, M.A., BCBA, LBA conducts direct observations, interviews, and assessments to develop behavior intervention plans in hopes of increasing desirable behaviors or help decrease maladaptive behaviors. This has been shown to be helpful with increasing vocalizations, learning, independent living, socialization, or decrease phobias/problem behaviors.
