Finding a therapist you connect with can feel overwhelming or anxiety-inducing. I center warmth and curiosity in sessions. I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work and believe that therapy should be client-centered and dynamic. I work from a place of empathy to meet my clients’ needs in the moment, while drawing from evidence-based modalities. I’ve received advanced training in attachment theory, ACT and nature-informed therapy and view connection as a strength.

My ideal clients are teens and adolescents, adults, and families who want support to better understand what they’re experiencing and make real, positive changes. People often come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggling with anxiety or low mood, facing communication difficulties, or dealing with stress that’s affecting relationships and daily life.
