Monthly Mindfulness Group
This group holds a warm and caring space for mindfulness enthusiasts who have some basic mindfulness knowledge and skills. The group meets every forth Saturday of each month. It provides opportunity to share your experience with mindfulness and learn new skill to cultivate a more mindful way of living. The cost is $20.00 per person/session. Cash or check only.
