Dedicated to women's holistic well-being, I specialize in addressing the unique challenges faced by women aged 15 and up. Through a blend of compassion, understanding, and a touch of humor, I focus on the complexities of life through the female lens. I work to support clients in navigating different life stages, learn strategies to help improve relationships, process trauma, break unhealthy generational patterns, understand our own mental health and how it may change throughout the course of our lifetimes all while gaining healthy coping skills and working to find the true meaning of love for ourselves and others.
I work with a variety of mental health conditions and see clients as individuals, couples and families. Some common things I work with are management of mental health symptoms, relational work, processing trauma, providing psychoeducation, navigating stages of life and life changes, aligning with our strengths and creating a life of our own choosing.
As your therapist, I’m going to work to truly see you, support you, guide you, respect you and root for you…I’m going to at times think of you throughout the week, when I reflect on a “proud therapist moment” and I’m going to believe in your ability to heal and grow.
