I have worked with children and families for many years, in multiple supportive capacities, and most recently in this therapeutic setting. Many times I have worked with individuals and couples working through Depression, through trauma and other personal challenges.
At Wise Minds we offer a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical, and trauma focused therapeutic approaches to help walk you through your personal challenges, and to assist you in finding Client centered solutions that will help you make a positive difference in your daily walk through life.
