Our staff each has their own niche of what they love to work with and varying personalities; soft and highly empathetic to direct and skills focused and all the therapeutic approaches in between. We want to help as many as we can and are looking at being able to help anyone who is seeking help to deal with the issues they find uncomfortable and not helpful with their personal circumstances. We tend to be skills based and are all about teaching clients how to find new habits that will help and processing through the hard memories or times so you can feel empowered in you circumstances again.
We have a few different therapist each with their own style of therapy to help meet clients needs and make sure each client has the best fir possible in building rapport and comfort with your clinician.
We understand starting therapy can be uncomfortable, we respond back within a 24 hour period so you get set up and seen as quickly as possible while you are still seeking assistance.
