I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (MA) using an empathetic, client-centered, strength-based orientation to help clients overcome difficulties they face in their lives and relationships. I have been in practice since 2008, working with all ages, focusing on Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Grief and Couples issues and currently offer only tele-health services.
I use these approaches to best serve each client: Cognitive-Behavioral, Transactional, Motivational-Interviewing, Inner-Child work, and Gestalt therapies; along with relaxation and stress-reduction techniques and assertive, respectful communication's training.
