Wise Counsel Therapy PLLC is a faith-based company that is committed to providing comprehensive, client-centered, mental and behavioral health counseling and healing for all. Whether you are struggling personally, or feeling helpless and hopeless over the relationships, situations, and individuals in your life, I aim to work collaboratively to meet you where you are, and to identify the barriers that affect your wellness. We will develop tools and establish goals that will aid in your healing journey.
I provide a combination of EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, as well as Solution-Focused therapeutic modalities in order to provide a tailored treatment plan that is specific to your individual needs.
