Hi there, I am Winsley! My name is Winsley Hector and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience empowering. I am based in Riverside, California and when I am not engaged in therapy, I am on the golf range and golfing each Friday, watching cricket, or reading about current events.
I approach therapy by setting goals for myself and my clients because I don’t believe that therapy needs to be endless to have a lasting impact. I utilize an assortment of approaches tailored to each individual to achieve optimal outcomes, including psychodynamic, narrative, cognitive behavioral, and DBT.
I am a British-ordained Seventh-day Adventist minister, whose interest in the human condition led my study of psychology, and I combined the two disciples with a Ph.D. in Spiritual Care and Counseling.
