Are you high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside? Do you overthink, procrastinate, struggle with focus, or feel weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or self-doubt? You may look “put together,” yet internally feel exhausted, distracted, or never quite good enough. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD (especially inattentive type), stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients struggle with perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, executive functioning challenges, and long-standing core beliefs shaped by early experiences.
I also support individuals managing co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns. My approach is person-centered, culturally humble, and structured. I integrate CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-focused modalities such as TF-CBT and CPT.
Together, we build emotional regulation, improve focus and organization, process trauma safely, and reshape the beliefs that keep you stuck. You do not have to carry everything alone. Evening and weekend appointments are available. I am currently accepting teens and adults.
