We are a group therapy practice specializing in trauma treatment. Our clinicians offer compassionate, personalized therapy, treating a range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Our trauma-informed approach means that we work to treat the root of your problem (understanding and healing what is happening in your brain and body) rather than cognitive-based approaches, which ask you to think about the problem differently. Our treatment modalities include EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Attachment-based therapy, DBT, and ACT.
Our therapists seek feedback throughout the treatment process, to ensure you're working on the goals most personal to you. We are committed to inclusivity and welcome clients of all backgrounds and orientations, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. We prioritize the therapeutic relationship and creating a safe, trusting environment.
