Our trauma-focused group practice helps you or your child understand what your nervous system is reacting to and gently move toward real relief. Sessions are personalized and centered on meaningful change that truly lasts.
We provide trauma-informed care such as EMDR, IFS, and attachment work to support real-life change. Sessions focus on tools for regulating emotions, improving sleep, reducing reactivity, strengthening boundaries, and navigating stress with more stability. Clients leave with insight and practical techniques they can apply between sessions.
