I see you. You’re grinding, hustling, checking the boxes, doing all the right things. . and you’re stuck. You keep ending up in the same old patterns. You find yourself struggling to pay the bills even though you got that degree or that job. You’re swiping the dating apps but don’t make eye contact with strangers. You want more out of life than what you’ve been sold. . just working your ass off to get here and think, “this is it?”. You want healthy loving relationships, a fulfilling way to pay the bills (plus some), your own unique personal space, fun, exciting and enjoyable experiences with your people, strong self-worth.
And you’re ready. I'm genuinely excited to combine my personal experiences and learning from my own confidence building journey with my formal education and training as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist to help you indentify what you want and who you authentically are so that you can take aligned action toward a life you love.
I help purpose-driven professionals in their late 20s to early 40s break free from the weight of social conditioning and the pressure to follow the ‘American dream’ so they can confidently leave unfulfilling jobs, pursue meaningful careers and projects, travel more, build deeper relationships, and reclaim time for hobbies and self-care.
