OFFERING INDIVIDUAL THERAPY or COUPLES WORK. I provide supportive, action based therapy to facilitate growth, healing, change and transition, and to achieve client goals and objectives. I work with adults and adolescents, accept some insurance plans and also offer a sliding scale option for private pay. I received my Bachelor of Arts, Summa cum laude, in English Literature and Psychology from RSC and my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Sage Graduate School.
I also completed a two year, postgraduate psychotherapy residency at Samaritan focused on family, couples and marital systems. Currently, I am an adjunct psychology professor at Russell Sage College. I have also co-designed and delivered programming on sex and healthy relationships.
My continued research and interests include happiness, individual growth and development, recovery, couples and marital systems and sex therapy.
