Are you tired of dealing with long wait times and rotating therapists? We provide consistency, individualized attention, and deeper therapeutic relationships. We offer a specialized approach to treating anxiety, depression, and relationship issues that result from big forms of stress, hard events, and trauma. We understand these experiences affect how the brain works, and that the brain may then need specific kinds of help. We can help you process stuck experiences, thoughts, and feelings so you can eliminate emotional distress and develop a new way of thinking about those hard events.

We have specialized training in multiple evidence-based modalities such as Sandtray Therapy, EMDR, play and talk therapy. We believe the goal of therapy is to let the brain know it is safe to let go of the strong feelings that have been doing the protecting and causing the problems. Chloe provides bilingual English/Spanish therapy sessions.
