I am level 3 trained in RODBT (highest level). I love to treat individuals that want change and need support. I take what I do very seriously and love it.
I have completed my training and licensing requirements for Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) certified therapist through Linehan Institute. My practice is compliant with Linehan protocol. I am specialty trained in DBT for trauma (PTSD and complex), eating disorders, adolescents and family, and couples. I am RODBT Radically Opened DBT trained Level 2.

DBT Skills Group-Adults
DBT Skills group to be attended for DBT Intensive treatment model in conjunction with DBT individual therapy. Will take referral from DBT trained outside therapist, but individuals to attend DBT Skills group must have DBT skill trained individual therapist.
