It may be that when we no longer know what to do we have come to our real work, and that when we no longer know which way to go we have begun our real journey. - Wendell Berry
I've been in practice for more than 25 years, working in in-patient/wilderness settings, outpatient/integrated care, school-based and partial hospitalization programs. My earliest professional experience was with adolescents; my graduate training focused on older adults and my early postgraduate years were spent primarily with children.
I aim to match my approach with the needs of the client and I draw from Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy and other evidence-based methods. I offer a safe space where you can explore, challenge, heal and grow.
