I've been in practice for more than 30 years, working in in-patient/wilderness settings, outpatient/integrated care, school-based and partial hospitalization programs. My earliest professional experience was with adolescents; my graduate training focused on older adults and my early postgraduate years were spent primarily with children.
I aim to match my approach with the needs of the client and I draw from Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy and other evidence-based methods. I offer a safe space where you can explore, challenge, heal and grow.
