I provide trauma-focused telehealth therapy to adults in Idaho and Pennsylvania. I work with individuals with a variety of trauma histories, such as rape, sexual assault, childhood abuse, and identity-based trauma. I also treat concerns that often accompany trauma, such as sleep difficulties, substance use, and relationship problems. My goal is to help clients experience lasting recovery as quickly as possible. Clients and I base therapy on their specific goals, create a plan that keeps treatment focused on those goals, take concrete steps to address their problems, and monitor progress weekly to help decide when to end therapy.

My therapy style is active and collaborative, and the approach I take is flexible based on my clients' needs. For those with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), I most often use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and I am a rostered CPT provider. I also offer other types of trauma-focused therapy, such as interpersonal therapy and prolonged exposure.
