I specialize with the LGBTQIA+ community. I often work with people who have ADHD, are autistic, have experienced trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety and/or depression. I offer holistic and evidence-based perspectives for healing, and I prioritize getting to know you so we can figure out together what best supports your needs.
