I have been practicing for over 6 years in a variety of settings. I come from a client centered approach by treating the whole person utilizing the bio psychosocial model of treatment and I utilize a wide range of evidence-based approaches that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, and Individual Therapy.
