Willow & Arbor, PLLC is a group therapy practice serving the Tri-Cities, TN area in person and via telehealth. Our providers recognize that there are no 'one-size fits all' treatment options. We are focused on meeting you where you are and co-creating change with you. We focus on creating a context of privacy, empathy, and insight where our clients are fully seen and heard. We treat children, teens, and adults and provide individual, family, and couples sessions.
As a group practice we can help coordinate sessions to make the best use of time for you and your family. We can also offer individual sessions that maintain the privacy of one or more family members and offer couples or family sessions within the same practice. We provide the flexibility and support you need to focus on your mental health journey.
