I specialize in EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), mindfulness, transpersonal, and positive psychology. I am the creator of an EMDR protocol that utilizes transpersonal, yoga, and other somatic approaches. Using a "whole"-listic approach ensures we address the multitude of parts that create the whole you.
