Looking for someone to talk to in a safe and non-judgmental environment? Life can be overwhelming at times, but I am here to listen and help process some of the challenges life can throw at you. Together, we will explore, identify, and address your needs through an individualized therapy process.

I am a board-certified Art Therapist and experienced in therapies including Talk (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused), Family, Play, and Expressive Therapies. These various approaches to therapy can be used in combination to personalize your treatment and best address your issues. I prefer a collaborative approach to treatment and am always open to client feedback!

The primary populations I work with are Trauma & Violence, Autism & Neurodiverse, Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Worth, Gender Identity, and Physical/ Sexual Abuse, though I am always open for new challenges. My goal is to help guide you through life’s difficulties in order to let your most authentic self rise above.
