I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the Los Angeles area, serving clients in the State of California via Telehealth. The primary population I work with is Adults 18+ having mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress management, communication in relationships, and a variety of life difficulties. Using a humanistic approach, I feel, is the best way to strengthen the therapeutic relationship while empowering the client.
I have worked with a diverse group of people over the past 10 years in the area of mental health and substance abuse. To name a few, I have worked with people having difficulties with anxiety, depression, psychosis, PTSD, substance abuse, and a myriad of life issues that come up.
