I work from a holistic approach that integrates various aspects of healing. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and client, in an effort to achieve optimal wellness and sustainable growth.
I am dedicated to providing interventions that are evidence-based and sustainable. This includes working with relevant systems of care (e.g. family, communities). I am also passionate about working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, trauma (e.g. PTSD), and relationship issues.
What's unique about my practice is that I emphasize holistic treatment approaches when working with clients. I offer multicultural competence consultation and training to organizations and communities. I am offering tele-therapy through video and/or phone to all who want to be seen during this time. I am a provider of Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicare.
