Many of us struggle to manage many of life's challenges on top of feeling fear, frustration, or deep sadness. That being said, you've already taken an important first step in connecting with help! I've seen clients who experience anxiety, depression, bipolar, personality disorders, trauma, grief, life changes, anger, and interpersonal issues. My goal is to help you feel comfortable managing whatever symptoms you may be experiencing while embracing wellness and change. I am a culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. Slots are available for some morning and afternoon weekly or biweekly times.
I utilize an eclectic style towards therapy. After all, I believe that each client is unique and requires a tailor-fit approach to recovering from whatever issues they bring in. I enjoy utilizing talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative, among others.

Groups
Mythical Minds Therapy (A D&D Therapy Group)
This group that utilizes the D&D 5th Edition System aimed to bolster social engagement and interaction, empowerment, creative problem-solving, self-advocacy, and more while using Narrative Therapy, ACT, and Play Therapy concepts. The group is intended for 3-5 adult individuals, all of whom are aiming to address their own therapeutic goals. We accept CareFirst, Cigna, and Medicaid. For Out of Network participants, we charge $45/session. No table-top experience is necessary to join! Individuals will first meet with the group facilitator to develop a character and their personal goals. Participants must be in MD.
