Starting therapy is a significant step toward growth and positive change. My role as a therapist is to understand your story, navigate challenges with you, and equip you with the tools for meaningful progress. While I welcome all clients, I prioritize first responders, military members and veterans, healthcare workers, emergency management, federal employees, NGO humanitarian workers, conflict-zone journalists, and whistleblowers.
I specialize in helping those who've recently experienced trauma reduce the risk of developing PTSD, as well as treating PTSD, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. My mission is to help you process difficult experiences, navigate life changes, build self-esteem, develop coping skills, and cultivate rugged flexibility for a more fulfilling life.
As a retired police officer/federal agent with 20+ years working in the US and globally, I work with first responders, military and veterans who faced challenges domestically and abroad. I know how mental and physical health are linked to our surroundings and affect well-being. Through therapy, we can develop strategies to help you heal, adapt and grow.
