I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience as a therapist. My practice focuses on individual adults who have symptoms of anxiety or depression, and may be experiencing stress related to problems in significant relationships or at work. I offer a safe, confidential place where we can think and talk together about the challenges you are facing in order to get a better understanding about things that get in the way of making positive changes in your life.
In addition to my practice, I am an Assistant Professor and past Psychology Internship Director in the Department of Psychiatry at LSU Health Sciences Center where I continue to teach and supervise psychotherapy to psychiatry residents and clinical psychology interns.
