Recovering from alcohol and drug use can be a challenging journey. You don’t have to face it alone. If you've tried to quit in the past but have been unable to stay clean or sober, I've been there. As your counselor, I’m here to work with you - offering guidance, structure and support as you work toward lasting change. I can say people do recover, that there is hope, and recovery is not only possible, but it's also sustainable over the long term.

My focus is providing experienced, professional, proven counseling supports for client's seeking to overcome alcohol and drug misuse, abuse and addiction challenges.

I have personal experience with substance abuse, and I can say happily, I also have personal experience with long term recovery. People can and do recover. My own recovery is the single most valuable gift I've ever given to myself.
