Your first one half hour phone consultation with me is free. You deserve the opportunity to explore your situation with a trained professional before you decide to access psychotherapy. My style is relaxed and compassionate. I believe psychotherapy can be a fun and interesting adventure. I assist my clients to achieve the goals they set for themselves as soon as possible. I help my clients tap their creativity in meeting the challenges they face. My experience is that people are more resilient than they know. My clients are empowered to discover and use their strengths to transform their lives.

I utilize E.M.D.R., Cognitive-Behavioral, Systems, Reality, Art therapy and deep relaxation to reduce or eliminate problems associated with psychological Trauma, Abusive or Psychopathic Relationship Aftermath, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Stress Management, Anger Management, Relationship Issues, Chronic Pain, Panic Attacks, Flashbacks, Phobias, Addictions and Spiritual Problems.

The methods I use are effective and reduce the time spent in psychotherapy. Refer to emdr.com for more information. I also provide a therapeutic context sensitive to the spiritual needs of each individual.
